02 Data we collect
We collect only what we need to run the site and to answer your requests:
- check_circle Contact and quotation forms name, email address, phone number, company name, selected product and the message you write.
- check_circle Technical data IP address (only as a one-way hash in our WhatsApp click statistics), browser type, device, pages visited, referring page and language.
- check_circle WhatsApp and email anything you choose to send us when you contact us through these channels.
- check_circle Analytics data, only if you accept analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
03 Why we use your data and on what legal basis

04 Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site, under written or standard terms: hosting and email providers, Google (reCAPTCHA, Analytics, Tag Manager), Yandex (Metrika, Russian-language pages only) and, when a quotation needs it, freight forwarders and public authorities where the law requires it.
05 International transfers
Our servers and providers may be located outside your country, including outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on the safeguards allowed by KVKK and GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.
06 Retention
Enquiries and quotation requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for up to 5 years afterwards for commercial and legal record-keeping, then deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the analytics provider, normally no longer than 14 months.
07 Your rights
You may ask us to confirm whether we process your data, to give you a copy, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to processing, to transfer it to you, and to withdraw consent at any time. If you are in Türkiye, these rights are listed in Article 11 of KVKK. To use them, email export@stalroc.com; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or to your local data protection authority.
08 Security
We use HTTPS, access controls and spam protection, and limit access to enquiries to staff who need them. No online service is completely risk free, but we review our measures regularly.
09 Children
This site is meant for business customers and is not directed at children under 16.
10 Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes will be announced on this page.
